Join the Alliance (Open Membership)
Membership in BSCA is open to researchers, professionals, policymakers, students, and independent scholars committed to responsible inquiry. Members receive a digital membership certificate with a unique identifier and opportunities to contribute to BSCA publications and dialogues.
Certificates are issued via email with identifier format BSCA-YYYY-COUNTRY-######.
Membership is free and non-exclusive.
Submit Research or Commentary
BSCA accepts research notes, interdisciplinary essays, and commentary on open problems within the Research Compendium. Submissions undergo editorial review for clarity, rigor, and responsible framing. Publication indicates contribution to dialogue, not institutional endorsement.
Collaborate Institutionally
BSCA works with universities, institutes, scientific societies, industry R&D organizations, and policy bodies to enable structured dialogue, collaborative notes, and roundtables on frontier issues. Use this option for partnerships, joint events, working groups, or sponsored research dialogues.
